Meatless Unagi Rice version 2. (VERSION 1 LAST 2 PHOTOS)
Tried this version to see if it works well in terms of fish firmness as Im using Bean Curd and king oyster mushrooms (thinly shredded) in this with more corn starch. And saute them in the pan with the ugani sauce ( Sugar , dark soy sauce, salt and vegetarian oyster sauce)
Hubby prefer version 1. Kids and helper prefer version 2.
I prefer the texture of unagi between 1 and 2. Lol! Well, this is cooking..u just need to try n try to do a better each time. Once the recipe is perfect, I may consider to do a youtube video on this.
