The massla mox on its own contains coriander, cumin, turmeric, mustard, chilli anf pepper; all in powder form. All u have to do is lightly fry some chopped onions until they gain some colour, add curry leaves, thyme and ginger and garlic paste. Afterwards, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the massala mix and salt and stir along with the other ingredients previously added. You would know that the massala is ready when u see the oil being separated from the curry. Add water and bring to boil. Add in the veggies (previously lightly fried to gasten cooking). Let simmer to allow thickening of the sauce according to likings... :)
