The best ice-cream I've ever had in my life! So natural and due to the limited electricity on the Nguna island in Vanuatu, it definitely is a luxurious treat because it's nearly impossible to have a freezer that keeps the banana and mango frozen, and the blender that blend everything together.
It's also made with milk from the freshly grated coconut, and home grown papaya from the backyard. So much goodness, so much love! 😍
