Finally a jap chae after few months-long of craving! Tried making this at home but unfortunately it's never as good/ authentic as what we had in Korean restaurants =/ Like it with lots of enoki mushroom, chewy Korean glass noodles, crunchy onions, carrot and chives! Since it's stir fried in sesame oil, it is totally sweet, salty and appetizing altogether. Saranghae jap chae!
