Ingredients: Puff pastry (roll into 2mm-thick) Potato (boiled n cut into 5mm-thick slices) Mushroom (any type of ur favorite, i used wild button mushrooms. Sliced) Egg x 2 Milk 100g Fresh cream 100g Salt n pepper, any herbs to taste, chopped parsley to top
Steps: Line pastry sheet onto mould, brush with egg wash and bake at 200'C for 20mins. Stir fried onion and mushroom, seasoned to taste. Line sliced potato onto the pastry, then add mushroom, and potato again. Repeat lining these two alternately to build several layers. Mix cream, milk, egg and salt & pepper and then fill the pie with the liquid. Top with parsley and bake at 170'C for 25mins.
