This is so so so seriously good! Claypot monkey head mushroom in ginger and black fungus. The sauce tasted exactly like the sizzling noodles that I've tasted during my childhood so touching! A lot of ginger in there but i dun mind coz it's super good to go with the brown rice. The mushroom is very fresh and chewy and 'meaty'! Btw i think they have at least 1/2 kg of it in this claypot 😚

Yes! Half a kilo mushrooms in there! Love it so much because I've never seen any place that serve this much of monkey head mushroom, it's not a cheap ingredient!
@fatjedi I used to like their bkt so much I'd order the same thing every time i go there but now, i think this has became my latest favorite 😝
