Everytime when my mom is not around, I have very odd choice of food, by accident. The last round I cooked myself ginger paste eggplant, today I have salted egg kaya sandwich. Why salted egg? You might be asking. Well, the egg was from Malay colleague's wedding, I thought they give chicken egg, no? Why this turned out to be salted duck egg?? 😰 Ok, one thing normal is the overnight oat yogurt, topped with 2 pecans and kiwi. Btw, a part of the kiwi has turned sour, I only scoop out the better part to eat. I ate the sour part a little bit by accident. Ok, I'll tell you how the sandwich tastes like after my lunch. 😅 (Sigh)

Such a unique lunch haha.... Hamdam Kaya Toast! Pretty big egg spread on a single piece of bread. How's the taste, managed to wake you up?

Well guys, the salted egg wasn't too salty after eating with the kaya breads. Actually it tastes kinda nice if the salted egg was slightly lesser.

Salted kaya bread....... Can't imagine me eating that 😂 For me, I like to dip toast in soup for a richer flavor(french toast with vege soup or 酸辣汤) and my friend will always complain about my way of eating stuff 😅😂
