Room4Dessert is Chef Will Goldfarb's dessert laboratory at Ubud Bali. The exterior and interior of the shop suggests that it's an art experiment just like his desserts. We were very full then but we went in to try as well.
After a long consideration and discussed with the chef himself, we ordered this Cheezus West. The art piece was created with no-knead ciabatta, armagnac refined camembert, langsat 'raisin', kemangi pesto, and rosella. Only the expert would know what are these ingredients haha!
Other than the ciabatta was a little bit hard, I love all the ingredients that mixed in it. It creates a very unique spread for the ciabatta. But I think this dessert is more suitable for teatime, when we went in it was slightly too late. Would love to try all his desserts if our tummy storage are bigger lol!
