Just discovered there are a few vegetarian stalls inside the Pusat Penjaja DPKL outside Leisure Mall (opposite Maybank).

Today I tried this YTF Rice from one of the stalls, and it's only rm7, so affordable. I've requested to change bitter gourd to other YTF. The complimentary soup tastes very natural, no MSG at all. Definitely will go back to try more!
