My friend shared this brown rice (2/3) & millet (1/3) porridge recipe with me. According to TCM, this porridge is good for stomach 脾胃. Can eat plain like this for a week, after that can add in some ingredients. I added in turmeric powder, pepper, and seaweed, and eat together with some veggies from the leicha. Can eat as long as you wish since this is a food remedy. 😊🌻
