The name is Wild Sautéed Mushroom, but the closer description is wild sautéed mushroom bruschetta on charcoal bun. Poached egg is an add-on. Surprisingly yummy with the garlicky charcoal bun.
The bread is not that big, but good as a state or tapas. I would expect the bun to be like those hard toast, but it really surprise me with its garlic fragrant and charcoal softness!
