Well, my bf is someone who does things very fast and he is always in a rush. The reception lady didn't manage to serve us on time (she is just slow), and he walked inside. I was following behind while telling the lady "table for 2". Then the rude captain stopped us and shouted at us snorbbishly, said "this is not your home, you cannot simply walk in!" WTH! Is this how you treat your customers Acme@Troika?? I totally didn't expect to be welcomed in such hostile manner!
I kept quiet because I don't want to spoil my mood that day. I should have asked that rude captain to apologize in front of everybody. Anyway, I've lost all my appetite.
Food is ok. But I heard from my friends that their food standard has dropped, and service is terrible. Many complained on their fb too. I thought it wouldn't be that bad, but Acme proves me wrong, we had it the first 5 minutes we stepped into this casual-but-wannabe-high-class restaurant.
Not to mentioned that waiter serves food in wrong sequence, dessert before main! And on the plate of the main, finger prints and oily marks were around it! And none of the waiters serve with smile and basic manners, like tq, enjoy your meal, please come again. They're just bunch of unhappy foreign labours there.
Totally regret of coming here. Anyway, I've blacklisted this restaurant. I won't ever going back. It was sucks, money not well spent. 😤👎🚫🈲 If you wanna come here, be prepared, brace yourself, and dine at your own risk. May the force be with you!
Yeah, just not worth going Joey. I think there are many nicer cafes or restaurants in KL, at least I think all the restaurants I been to on KindMeal are so much better in terms of their attitude.
