Roasted Beetroot Pumpkin Salad. Very close to the one at La Risata, but this version brings it to another level by adding in grilled Polenta and beetroot. Yeah, there's cheese again - Feta cheese! I ❤️ The Bistrot! 😋 Best dinner at Bali! With tasteful interior!
