Pure vegetarian cuisine served in casual fine dining ambiance. We love to spoil our patrons for choice by serving food from North & South India, Pizza and Pasta.
We had the Panner Tikka Masala + Dhal Makhani Set. Food was ok and nice overall, but nothing like in the photo and the photos are misleading, we had no idea it was just going to be mainly naan and a lot of gravies plus a small bowl of rice.
I would like to comment on the service. Everyone in the restaurant, including the owner (I presume it's the owner), had no idea how to deal with a LiveCoupon. I felt dismay they had to take my mobile phone away to the till then to the owner at the dining table to figure out how to do so and they were clicking away as if this is we were their first ever Kindmeal customers. I don't feel comfortable with it at all. When they delivered the set, they missed out 1 item as well and the waiters are totally unfamiliar with what's in the set and requested me to show to them from my mobile phone what's the itme in the set. At this moment, I don't feel like using any Kindmeal deals, it's a pretty unpleasant dining experience for me.
So I think Kindmeal admin and support team should make sure proper instructions to all the restaurants are provided to avoid this sort of awkwardness in the future.
Dear Ah Fang, we deeply apologize for the unfortunate experience, we've communicated your issues to the restaurant manager. We believe it may be due to a couple of new staff that were not well briefed, as there were many past coupon redemptions that had no problems.
The manager will look into the matter ASAP and advice their staff accordingly, and we will continue to improve our platform.
Once again, sorry for the experience, and thank you for your support of meat-free dining!
Yeah, i called once to an organic restaurant and asked the girl if i need to make table booking using Kindmeal app. She kept saying "i don't know about the coupon" "i am not sure about it"...etc.. And i feel no mood to even go there to have my meal anymore. LOL.. so i ended up not going there at all. LOL!
