My friends bought this over yesterday for afternoon snack. Pani puri and dahi puri. Filled with sliced chickpeas, potato,Greek yogurt and and tamarind sauce. đđ

MeiMei, pani puri is filled with tangy and spicy water where as dahi puri is with yoghurt (dahi). Rest of the filling is quite same.

Do they use egg shell to mold the skin? Lol, as it looks like egg shaped to me hehe đ

No there is no egg involved here, it's wheat flour + suji, deep fried.

They get puffed automatically when you deep fry them. As the puris are prepared very thin it inflates them instantly.
