Daal tadka. A popular Indian lentil dish. Fantasies is a Punjabi yellow dal cooked with onion, tomato and flavoured with generous amount of spices. Also known as daal fry. Goes well with jeera rice 🍚 , steamed rice or any kind of pulao.
