This Pistachio Falafel Salad is so yummy! Love the pistachio balls! 😋 If you think salad is just mixing vegetables in one plate, you're so wrong! This plate is Middle Eastern with a healthy twist, freshly baked pistachio and herb falafels served with roasted beets, grated carrots, tabouleh and house-made hummus. Drizzled with mint yogurt and pomegranate molasses.

Pistachio Wrap with Egg Mayo (add on). The waiter actually sent this wrongly to our table, which we also ordered a wrap. Without knowing it, we actually ate it haha! Half way eating this, we noticed the ingredients inside the wrap is not correct... But the shop apologised and gave this FOC for us, very good service indeed. 👍

This is our correct wrap hehe - Miso-Maple Tempeh Wrap. The tempeh tastes so good! If you don't like tempeh, I bet you'll change your mind after eating this.

Protein-rich, maple-glazed tempeh slices are pan-seared and wrapped in a wholemeal tortilla together with rocket salad, mixed leaves, grated carrots & toasted mixed seeds. Drizzled with scrumptiously healthy miso peanut sauce.
