Hakka hand-shredded "chicken" -- thin slices of erynggi mushroom that are lightly salted and marinated, mixed with strips of beancurd skin. It may look bland visually, but goes pretty well with rice!

The prices are very reasonable too -- RM52 (after KindMeal discount) for 4 dishes, 3 rice, complementary acar and pack of crackers.

Will definitely be back to try more dishes!

Signature tofu with crispy fried pickled vegetables in light soya sauce. The tofu is silky smooth on the inside, fragrant and slightly crispy on the crust... Nice!

My wife & I have visited Ring Zhi some years ago. We made a return visit last night. And guess what, the food remains good !

Had the signature tofu, amongst other dishes. As Fat Jedi said in his review above, it did not disappoint.
