I went with my bf to this place. We both wanted to try the Bak Kut Teh set. The fine print said this coupon can only be used with other KindMeal coupons When I got there, I was told I can't use two coupons even though the bf has the app on his iPhone too and had clicked redeem. She insisted that one table can only use ONE voucher. I find this makes no sense, especially if I want to invite friends to come with me. So yes I'm not very happy about that because the fine print said I could use it but when you get there they say differently so be careful. I will not be returning The food was alright, but was marred by this experience. I didn't want to argue so I just said ok but I feel a bit cheated.

Dear Steph, sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We have already checked with Eco Life Kitchen, and it appears to be a confusion by a staff. Other members have successfully redeemed multiple coupons previously. The staff has been advised on this issue already and the miscommunication has been resolved. That's so weird. I went with my frens and we all redeemed a deal for each of us. Maybe it's a new staff. Their food is good.

Thanks for following up and for the prompt reply. I appreciate it... I also agree that it doesn't make sense if u can't use more than 1 coupon per table because their sets are for 1 pax only. I wanted to also try their nasi lemak but it's a hassle to have to argue with someone just to eat, so I didn't bother. Thanks so much again
