It turns out that this promo is not available any more. When I arrived the staff said it's an "old promo" and that they (the boss?) has not updated and removed the promo. So I eventually paid RM12.50 for the set (I was more than happy to but that's the original price. No need for promo. So I don't see why I should use the KindMeal app for this place anymore)
