Vegetarian tuna sushi 🍣 I wonder...🤔 The "tuna" or look more like "salmon" is thicker and darker color compared to real salmon when I checked on the spot.

Not sure what is it. Feel like vegetarian seafood eg. Sotong. Maybe similar kind of ingredients.
