食材:
蛋糕底層:
🍪 消化餅 5片
🍪 無鹽牛油 30g
豆腐芝士餡料:
🧀 嫩豆腐 220g
🧀 鮮奶油 150ml
🧀 奶油芝士 150g
🧀 吉利丁粉 15g
🧀 清水 30g
🧀 黃糖 35g
🧀 香蘭汁 15g
做法:
1. 將餅乾敲碎,放入融化的牛油攪拌,均匀鋪滿在蛋糕模具裏。
2. 將鋪滿餅乾的模具放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘。
3. 將豆腐蒸 7 - 10 分鐘,取出倒掉水份。
4. 將豆腐、奶油芝士、香蘭汁和黃糖放入攪拌機内攪碎至均匀,取出放在一旁放涼。
5. 將鮮奶油打發至濃稠保有流動性。
6. 將吉利丁粉放入30g的清水攪匀,再隔著容器用熱水加熱融化
7. 把先前準備好的豆腐糊加入鮮奶油裏,再加入融化的吉利丁粉攪拌均匀。
8. 將芝士糊倒入從冰箱取出的模具,輕輕抖動震出大氣泡即可。
9. 放入冰箱冷藏約7 - 8個小時或隔夜。
10. 取出享用。
