Food is good but waiting time is horrible. In general expect to wait 30 -45 mins for food when we drop by when the restaurant is not so full. Today was wesak holiday and we waited 90 mins (mine was last to arrive after 2 hours). My 5 year old was fussy (and hungry) and I requested if his udon noodle can be made first but never happened. Only 2 front staff and maybe 2 kitchen staff on a day when the restaurant is almost full. Not their fault but at least inform food will take 90 mins (we were told about 30 mins wait) as we had children with us. Staff also seemed busy - no time to do more other than taking order and serving (so please don’t charge 10%
Service charge esp when need to wait so long). Otherwise it is our regular place to have vegetarian Japanese but the speed to have food have to improve to 30 mins or less.
