My favorite "Loh Shu Fun" (rat noodles haha)! Conventional ones have very little sauce, this one is literally swimming in savory soup, a bit like Loh Mee.

The egg adds a smooth texture to the noodles too. The soup is good till the last drop... Must try this!

All-new Hakka Fried "Meat"! Fragrantly marinated with spices, and crispily fried. Best thing is they use lion's mane mushroom, instead of the mock meat used for this dish at most restaurants. Must try!

Marmite sauce fried mushroom. This "prawn" mushroom is one of the tastiest fried mushrooms I've tried so far, not sure how they make this. Goes very well with their salted egg sauce and salt & pepper version too!
