My first time trying out Hainan Chicken Rice without chicken! It's actually very yummy 😋 to my surprise. There's even ginger paste on the "chicken" and achar to go with the embryo rice, looks more colourful and delicious than the real dang! 😋 Even their soup is boiled with fruits!
