Today is Lunar New Year, and I would like to share with you this vegetarian black vinegar pork trotters that we normally only able to eat once a year. This is my father's specialty dish, because the ingredients are really really generous 😎. As shared in the pictures, the sub ingredients include ginger, cinnamon, star anise, white peppercorns, angelica, dried chili, lump sugar, secret sauce (paiseh it cant be disclosed 🙊), and main character -> black vinegar! Dad said must use the "Teen Seong Teen" brand black vinegar! Besides, the ingredients are vegetarian G, black fungus, boiled eggs (you can remove it if you don't take eggs), tao pok, vegetarian seafood tofu etc. Lastly, I wish everyone a happy new year, may all wishes come true, stay healthy and safety 😊
