Dégustation Menu at Barat Mediterranean Vegetarian Restaurant. 1st course: Roasted Pumpkin Soup with ginger infusion and air-dried ginger, served with homebaked bread with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. We start off with a hot soup, and it is creamy and flavourful without being too rich. The bread has the right density and 'chew' to it. Looking forward to a vegan version soon (most dishes here are lacto-vegetarian).
