Jai Hind, and a salute to Radheys for their patriotic Tiranga Dosa (can you guys please stop spelling it as "thosai", Malaysians and Singaporeans?)I've actually had this a number of times before, but what the hey, I'm only reviewing it now.At only RM5, this set meal is about the most value-for-money deal in KindMeal. The dosa is crispy and aromatic (they could try reducing the sodium in the carrot/orange-coloured portion). The masala coffee was like a spa for the stomach. The coconut chutney was light and smooth, simply exquisite. But I believe it is their sambhar that has earned them the adjective "heavenly" in their restaurant's name. I imagine there must be a sweet little old pathi in a cotton saree in the kitchen, adding lentils, tomatoes, okra, carrots and brinjal into a pot and stirring it lovingly, because it always tastes so... homecooked (that's meant to be a compliment). One day when my ship comes in, I'll build a private swimming pool and get Radheys to fill it with their amazing sambhar for me to dive into. And that's meant to be a compliment, too.
