This was a really interesting and flavourful meal with such a variety of flavours and textures! Top row: potato croquette, mushroom potage, lotus root tempura, edamame and pomegranate salad. Middle row: root vegetable maki (beetroot, carrot, etc wrapped in seaweed and sliced to look like gems), veggie tortilla wrap, braised mushrooms.
