Vegan asam laksa at Sweet Garden Vegetarian Restaurant, at BG-10, Jalan SS6/20A, Kelana Jaya (behind Giant Hypermarket). I like this place primarily for two reasons: 1. it opens until 11pm, which is ideal for night owls like me; and 2. It has a large variety of local dishes and hawker fare, e.g. vegetarian roti sardin, mee goreng mamak, etc. Their asam laksa is tart, spicy and hot, and filled with vegetables to soak up the spicy soup with. Price range is very reasonable and most dishes like this one go for under RM10.
