I usually go to Fa-Ying for their vegetarian green curry set, but one rainy evening I added a big heavy dessert on top of my usual KindMeal green curry deal. Mango slices on top of glutinous rice is a popular and ubiquitous Thai street food. Fa-Ying takes it one step further by batter-frying mango and sticky rice and then serving it with vanilla ice cream. If you were to look up "sinfully delicious" in the dictionary, this dish might just pop up next to the definition. Very rich. Very heavy. Go for a run after this indulgence.
