WongEeLynn   Aug 14th 2014 at 1:14PM   2   ▼ That's Chuppa Rustam. Something like vadai, but with more spinach and green herbs/veg in it, and less hard. Softer. Think spicy veggie cutlets. That's what the "black cookies" are. More like very dark green veggie cutlets.
