TVS' first Veganic Cookathon of 2017 just completed with laughters and gratitude, at Kepyok Retreat Home, where 8 enthusiastic students were trained intensively for more than 15 veganic dishes in two days.
Some highlights were steamed buckwheat bread with vegan butter and cocoa spread, veganic fruit tarts, sesame pucuk manis, nagaimo sushi and pesto pasta.
