The Veg School completed last weekend, a new vegan course "Gastronomic Science" where 11 students learnt the theoretical background of delicious food, and experienced "ingredients&recombinant" techniques to create yummy dishes^^
It was not exactly a food demo/culinary workshop. It was designed exactly like chemistry class in high school except that healthy real foods were used in the experiments 🤓
In the class we explored the "sure-win" formulae of creating our own home made breadspread, salad cream, soup stock, noodle sauces 😋
