The Veg School ended the year 2019, with a Veganic Juicing Rejuvenation Retreat.
12 Students from Singapore, Melaka, China, Kuala Lumpur had a great time cleansing body and mind, while learning how to eat well and to live for a bigger purpose.
All of us enjoyed the farm to table fresh juices and fresh air at Titi Eco Farm, some 70km from Kuala Lumpur, hidden among the hilly ranges, sinking deeply in tranquility.
The Veg School will be organising another round of Veganic Rejuvenation Retreat 28 Jan - 1 Feb 2020, to help kickstart another healthy year!
