I love Korean Food very much but couldn’t find vegan kimchi on the market. Therefore here’s my attempt to make vegan kimchi using @minimalistbaker recipe. I was inspired by @rawchefyin to add apple (to substitute canned pineapple juice in the ori recipe) in the sauce and it turned out super yummy. I will wait for it to ferments for a bit longer and let you know how the final product taste like!
