Simply combine (2 servings): 1/2 cup rice flour (from @a_bit_less ) 1/2 cup oat flour 1 cup Soymilk 1 tsp acv 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp maple syrup Mix well and fry 1/4 cup of batter on nonstick pan for one pancake. _ Lunch: rainbow bowl Packed the leftover ingredients from making sushi into lunchbox to make this beautiful veggie bowl. It has: seasoned rice (mirin, salt, sugar), cucumber, carrot, purple cabbage, cherry tomato, alfalfa sprouts, teriyaki tempeh. Dressing: miso paste, lemon juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, water. _ Snack: pineapple π _ Dinner: Currently I am fasting for spiritual purpose so I fast my dinner. _ So happy to find cherry tomato and alfalfa sprouts at @tescomalaysia reduced price section because I donβt usually eat expensive veggies π Hope you enjoy idea and post like this!
