Raw vegan mooncake 🌕✨
The crust is made with hulled buckwheat and chia seed while the filling is cashew and sunflower seed. I substituted the ingredients of the recipe with whatever I have in hand. I was surprised it still turned out very good and even my non vegan family love it!
