Homemade tempeh ✨

Learned making tempeh with @rawchefyin few weeks ago and this is my attempt to make it at home by myself. Actually this is my second trial to make tempeh with black eye peas.

The first time something was wrong so it turned out very stinky and sour. Learning from my past mistake I carefully measure my ingredients this time and ta-da! It turned out very nice🤩

Tbh I don’t really like the taste of black eye peas 🙈 so can’t wait to try making tempeh with other kinds of bean!
