I was a burger-lover when I was still eating meat. Becoming a vegan didn’t make me give up burger but I’m inspired to veganised it! Hence, I’ve been experimenting on the making plantbased and healthy burger bun and burger patties. This black bean burger is so far the best one I’ve ever made: 100% plantbased, flavourful, meaty texture, nicely bind (not crumbling apart), and completely oil free! I have also invented a few more vegan burger patties using a simple ‘formula’. _ This burger has impressed many of my non vegan friends and family so I really want to teach you how to make it!
