My internship colleagues were such a blessing to me😌 Not only they’ve guided me through the internship, they also treated me vegan food for our farewell dinner 🥘 . We had our dinner at Tian Yian Cafe & Restaurant the night before I left KL 😭
I ordered: ✨Pumpkin Rendang ✨Stuffed tofu in Mui Choi (preserved veggie) gravy ✨Mushroom ‘meat’ ball ✨Sweet potato fries
Everything tasted soooo good 🤤 even my non vegan colleagues were impressed, especially the pumpkin rendang. My Malay colleagues were very surprised that it’s flavour was exactly the same as meat rendang 🤩. One of them doesn’t eat veggie at all but she had all of the dishes and like them (that’s why I order less green this time🙈)! I would totally recommend this place to you if you’re looking to vegan food to impress non vegan.
The price ranges from RM10-20++. The menu consists of variety of Chinese dishes, Western food and dessert (egg less but not vegan). The place is egg free but not dairy free (not clearly indicate in the menu so gotta ask). Some other merit: Friendly service, clean environment and nice interior — good place to hangout with friends and enjoy delicious meals 👍🏻
