My mini cheese platter✨🧀#throwback
Learned how to make vegan cultured cheese from Raw Chef Yin so I started making different flavour of cheese. She also taught us how to make cheese platter but I don’t have condiment, jam and cracker so I just put together everything I have. Gladly it still look good! On the platter (from left to right) ✨Cinnamon cranberry cheese ✨Dill and garlic cheese ✨Malaysia inspired Cheddar cheese
I made them and let them age in the fridge for almost 3 weeks. They turned out super delicious 🤤 that I can’t stop eating them 🤩But I had to because I want them to age even longer. I have given my teacher some of them and I finish the rest before I came back to KK. Can’t wait to make more soon!
I didn’t feel like posting this photo for a very long time because somebody told me that it wasn’t a good photo. But today I feel like I have to post this because I want to appreciate my effort. And it would be a waste if I don’t share with you how beautiful vegan cheese can look like! Cruelty free and healthy! No nasty addictive, lactose and cholesterol.
