Because my teacher Raw Chef Yin told me peanut butter is bad for our health because peanuts are mostly contaminated with mould so I have decided to make our own almond butter instead to serve in toast and other foods.
The biggest challenge of creating the menu is to keep the price affordable but don’t compromise the quality. My heart is to try my best serve the food that I truly believe is good. Not just good taste but good for your health. Right now I just want to save some money for longer term professional vegan culinary training 😆 I guess I was wrong when I said I don’t want to be a chef 🤣
