Fried rice has been my favourite comfort food! Using@signaturemarket quinoa in this fried rice recipe. Taste just as good as rice & even more nutritious than rice 🍚🤤
Veggie fried quinoa✨👩🏻🍳 // Ingredients : -1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa from Signature Market -1 cloves of garlic (chopped) -3 cloves of shallots (chopped) -4 pieces of bean curd puff (cubed) -1 red chilli 🌶 (thinly sliced) -2 shiitake mushrooms (cubed) - 2 tbsp canola oil -Salt & pepper & soy sauce to taste -Cilantro for garnish
Steps : 1️⃣Heat up some oil in a pan. On high heat, stir fry shallot and garlic until fragrant. 2️⃣Give the bean curd puff a lil fry, then add chilli & mushroom and continue to fry for 3-4 minutes. 3️⃣Add quinoa and continue to fry until everything is well combined and cooked 4️⃣Before turning off the heat, add soy sauce and give it some tosses. 5️⃣Serve and garnish with some cilantro! 🔥✨
