I remember when I was small, my parents often bring me to a Chinese Restaurant for supper. They will always order Singaporean Fried Bee Hoon for me. I am so happy to recreate my childhood favourite dish in vegan way for my staffs and myself for dinner. Miss my parents very much too 😭💚.
