Yay, received so many good feedback from my family and their friends for this cake! “It’s delicious”, they said ✨ Good to see my hard work is paid off.
When I first became vegan l want to learn how to make vegan desserts because I crave dessert so much. I have experienced many failures and have made many weird stuffs (eg, pumpkin pie that is hard as stone, sour chocolate cake, super chewy cookies etc) 😂. I kept making and learning from my experience. Then I went to classes, I learned to read and follow recipe properly, and gained knowledge of different ingredients and substitutions.
I can’t say I am good at it already because I still make weird stuffs that even myself don’t want to eat 😬 but I can tell the improvements 🙈
I am happy to see my family and friends enjoyed the vegan desserts and food I made. They realised vegan food can be delicious and satisfying and they even promoted it by sharing the food I made with their friends. My heart is joyful and fulfilled by the compassions I’ve shared with people. Vegan food is so much more than just filling up stomach, it’s medicine, it’s happiness, it’s a conscious and compassionate decision.
