Gluten free chocolate cake with 🍓

Practiced another recipe from my workshop with @melindasoon which is this gluten free chocolate cake. I’ve learned how to diy gluten free flour mix and the tips to make gluten free cake spongy and not crumbly. Then I modified the vanilla frosting recipe to make chocolate frosting. It was a fun experiment 🧪 and I think there’s some room of improvements to make it richer in chocolate flavour.

Anyway, it was so delicious, my sisters and my mom finished almost half of the cake right after the photo shooting 🤤This is the most rewarding thing for me to see they enjoy my vegan food 😆
