Dried Cranberry Bread

Soft, sweet and delicious 🤤 The texture for this bread was so good that it reminded me of the bread I used to have from the bakery 🍞

I used a smaller baking tin that’s why the buns weren’t in equal height (swipe to see) 🤣A little triggering to me but thankfully the taste was good and the texture wasn’t affected at all. I am also glad that the kneading part has became more comfortable for me now 💕

Making bread has never been so easy until I found @kafemaru ‘s video! Many of the bread recipes are easy to be veganised. Gotta make more of them!
