EASY SAMBAL FRIED RICE🌶 Free Recipe 📝
Ingredients: - Tempeh 1/2 cup - Chopped vegetables 1/2 cup (long bean, carrot, onion) - Garlic 1 tbsp - White rice 1 cup - @pinxinvegan Sambal Chili Paste - Cooking oil - Soy sauce to taste
1️⃣Cut the vegetables. 2️⃣In a wok, add oil to fry tempeh until browned over medium heat. 3️⃣Add assorted vegetables and continue to stir fry for 1-2 mins. Add oil if needed. 4️⃣Add minced garlic and continue to stir fry for 1 min. 5️⃣Add @pinxinvegan Sambal Chili Paste and stir fry to release the flavour. 6️⃣Add rice and combine well until all rice is coated with tasty sambal sauce. 7️⃣Optional: Turn off the heat and scoop the rice into a bowl. 8️⃣Serve it in a plate, garnish with cilantro, raw onion and lime. 9️⃣Enjoy! 🥄🍚
