[TOMYAM NOODLE] 🍜🌿
TIPS 1️⃣Rinse noodle after cooked to remove starch and for better texture 2️⃣Add tomato 🍅 for umami flavour 3️⃣Use good quality tomyam paste
Ingredients: - 1 serving Pinxin healthy homemade noodle - 1/4 coconut milk - 2 tbsp Pinxin green tomyam paste - 1 small eggplant, cut wedges - 1 tomato, cut wedges - 3 shiitake mushroom, sliced - 1 cup water - 1 tsp soy sauce Garnish: cilantro, bean sprout, bird eyes chilli, calamansi lime
Steps: 1️⃣Boil a pot of water, add noodle and for 3-5 minutes until cooked. 2️⃣In another pot, heat up coconut milk over medium heat until sizzling. Add tomyum paste until dissolved. 3️⃣Add water and vegetable. Stir well and let it simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Seasoned with soy sauce. 4️⃣Drain and rinse cooked noodle with cool water. 5️⃣Transfer noodle into a bowl, pour tomyam soup into it. 6️⃣Garnish nicely and it’s ready to serve 🤤🥢
